Payment, Returns & Exchanges
What modes of payment do you accept?
We accept payment via Paypal. You can pay with your credit card (Mastercard, Visa, Amex, Discover) if you don’t have a Paypal account.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or refund your order once it has been processed.
Can I ask for a refund or exchange on my purchase?
We do not allow refunds or returns due to the nature of our product. Cancellations (and refunds under special circumstances decided by Singapore Asia Publishers Pte Ltd) will be subject to a 5% transaction fee. Exchanges may be subject to approval – please call us at +65 6276 8280 or email email@example.com to arrange for an exchange. At this time, we only accept exchanges within Singapore.
Exchanges are subject to the following:
- Your request must be raised to us within 5 working days from receipt of your order.
- Item(s) to be returned must reach us within 5 working days from our email confirmation to you on the exchange arrangement.
- Item(s) to be returned must be in original new condition. We encourage courier or office drop-off .
- All exchanges are to be arranged at your own cost. SAP is not responsible for damage in transit.
Where can I view my past orders?
In addition to receiving a confirmation email with your receipt of purchase, you should also be able to view all past orders under My Account > Orders.
