Payment, Returns & Exchanges

What modes of payment do you accept?

We accept payment via Paypal. You can pay with your credit card (Mastercard, Visa, Amex, Discover) if you don’t have a Paypal account.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or refund your order once it has been processed.

Can I ask for a refund or exchange on my purchase?

We do not allow refunds or returns due to the nature of our product. Exchanges may be subject to approval – please call us at +65 6276 8280 or email info.sg@sapgrp.com to arrange for an exchange. At this time, we only accept exchanges within Singapore.

Exchanges are subject to the following:

  1. Your request must be raised to us within 5 working days from receipt of your order. 
  2. Item(s) to be returned must reach us within 5 working days from our email confirmation to you on the exchange arrangement.
  3. Item(s) to be returned must be in original new condition. We encourage courier or office drop-off .
  4. All exchanges are to be arranged at your own cost. SAP is not responsible for damage in transit.

Where can I view my past orders?

In addition to receiving a confirmation email with your receipt of purchase, you should also be able to view all past orders under My Account > Orders.
